Larger homes take more time to inspect and report accurately. Base rates scale with total square footage.

Age of the Home

Older homes involve historical construction methods, aging systems, and components requiring detailed evaluation.

Location / Distance

Homes outside our primary service radius require additional travel time, which is accounted for upfront.

Scope of Services

Advanced diagnostic testing (like sewer scopes or thermal imaging) are priced separately or bundled for savings.
