Welcome to SureSight Property Consultants LLC, DBA Sure-Sight Home Inspections ("Sure-Sight", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, booking an inspection, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before utilizing our services.

1. Scope of Inspection Services

SureSight Property Consultants LLC (DBA Sure-Sight Home Inspections) performs visual, non-destructive, and non-invasive inspections of readily accessible systems and components of residential properties. Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice set forth by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). The purpose of the inspection is to identify material defects observed on the exact date and time of the inspection.

2. Limitations and Exclusions

The home inspection and the resulting written report are NOT:

• A guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy regarding the condition of the property or any of its systems.
• An appraisal of the property's value.
• A municipal code compliance inspection.
• An evaluation of concealed, hidden, or inaccessible areas (e.g., behind drywall, beneath carpets, underground, or obstructed by the seller's furniture or storage).

Environmental hazards, pest infestations, mold, radon, and latent defects are explicitly excluded from a standard home inspection unless a specific secondary testing service is requested, agreed upon in writing, and paid for by the client.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for all inspection services is due prior to or at the time of the inspection. The final digital inspection report will not be released to the client, the client's agent, or any third party until full payment has been successfully processed and the separate Pre-Inspection Agreement has been electronically signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SureSight Property Consultants LLC's liability for any errors, omissions, or negligence in the performance of the inspection or the preparation of the report is strictly limited to a refund of the total fee paid for the inspection service. Under no circumstances shall Sure-Sight Home Inspections be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the inspection services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Maryland, rather than in a court of law. Both parties agree to share equally in the administrative costs of the arbitrator.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website page. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
