Inspections are performed in accordance with InterNACHI® Standards of Practice (SOP) in effect at the time of inspection. Inspections are visual and non-invasive, limited to readily accessible areas, and are not technically exhaustive. No inspection constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or prediction of future conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

SMS Program Description Sure-Sight Property Consultants, LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with clients regarding property inspection services. Users who opt-in will receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders for upcoming inspections, notifications when inspectors are en route, and alerts when inspection reports are ready for viewing.

Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 227-238-1717. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
