These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern the use of services, communications, and inspection services provided by Sure-Sight Property Consultants, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling an inspection, submitting a form, communicating with us, or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms align with the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice (SOP) and the InterNACHI® Code of Ethics and establish clear expectations regarding services, communications, and responsibilities.

1. Scope of Services

All inspections are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI® Standards of Practice (SOP) in effect at the time of inspection. Inspections are visual, non-invasive examinations of readily accessible systems and components and are not technically exhaustive. No inspection constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or prediction of future conditions.

2. SMS Messaging Terms & Communication Use Cases

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sure-Sight Property Consultants, LLC, we may send messages for the following use cases:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling notifications
• Service-related follow-ups
• Customer support messages
• Occasional promotional messages (only if you opted in)

Message Frequency: Varies based on customer interaction and service activity.

Carrier Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out Instructions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sure-Sight Property Consultants, LLC. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel future messages or unsubscribe at any time.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other service communications required to complete an inspection.

The Company may use third-party platforms for operational purposes, including scheduling, inspection reporting, payment processing, customer relationship management (CRM), messaging, voice services, and AI-assisted communications. Use of these systems is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable third-party terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for inspection services or communications is limited to the inspection fee paid. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of our services and communications is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
